Jack's 1st steps

On Friday March 30th when I got home from work.. jack, who normally crawls to me when I walk in the door.. was standing at his activity table and all of a sudden he starts walking towards me! Just a few steps, but I couldn't believe it. I asked Courtney if he had seen him take steps before and he said he had just taken a couple before I got home.. Here is a video from shortly after I got home.. Can't believe he is starting to walk at 8 1/2 months old!

Spring Break 2012- West Palm Beach

Our friends Phil and Stephanie invited us to join them for Spring Break in West Palm Beach. We stayed in their parents condo and had a great time. We were able to go to a Cardinals Spring Training game which was a lot of fun, and had a great time relaxing by the pool hanging out with friends.

Jack turns 8 months

Time Flies.. that saying couldn't be more true. I cannot believe Jack is 8 months old (well, as I write this- he's 8 1/2 months old).. so much has changed in 8 months. His personality is developing and is so fun to watch. His laugh is infectious, he smiles all the time, and he's so much fun to have around.. not to mention he's a great traveler and is willing to pretty much go along anywhere with us!

so much for the pictures i could take of jack by these blocks where he would just sit by them..

now he's on the move and the chance of getting him to look at me while not knocking down the blocks is almost impossible.

Celebrating Grandma Cel's birthday

Grandma Cel's birthday is on March 15th. We went to Nashville to celebrate with her the weekend before. Jack loved getting to play with his cousin Hayden.
