Jack's visits to Children's Hospital and the ER

We talked to Jack's pediatrician about the shape of Jack's head because we've had some friends whose children have needed helmets to help correct the shape of their heads. Its more common now for babies to have flat spots because of putting them on their backs to sleep.  long story short- we were sent to Children's plastic surgery group for an evaluation and they said that Jack's head shape is perfect and he doesn't need a helmet. He did participate in a clinical trial while we were there and they took 3D images of his head.. he was a good sport. Check out the pics below.

Then a few weeks later Jack had blood in his stool out of the blue. It was concerning- we took him to the pediatrician, but it ended up increasing in frequency and we ended up in the Childrens ER later that evening. He saw a pediatric gastroenterologist who explained that it was a normal benign finding and it went away on its own after a day and luckily there was nothing else we needed to do. Jack was a good sport during our 4 hour ER visit.
